| Toolkit Description |
This application acquires the time waveform and calculates the FFT of 1 to 4 acceletometers in real-time. It displays the time waveforms on one graph and FFT's on the other graph. This software only works for signals that can stay relatively steady with respect to their frequency content for at least a few seconds. You can pause the acquisition, then export the most recent second of time data and the FFT data to Microsoft Excel. Features: - Automatically detects and installs 40 types of PC-based Data Acquisition devices from National Instruments
- Compatible with IEPE or ICP accelerometers (anything rated with a mV/g output)
- Displays a time waveform and saves the most recent second of data from each channel
- Calculates the vibration spectrum (FFT) in real-time with exponential averaging
- Choose sampling rates of 100, 1000, 10000, 25000, or 50000 samples / sec
- Clearly specifies proper connections to the accelerometer in the ReadME
- Automatically opens Microsoft Excel and exports a time/date stamp along a 1 second time waveform sample per channel and and FFT at 1Hz increments
More Specifications: - File Download Size: 115MB
- Installation Size on PC: 170MB (approximate)
- Samples the accelerometer at 100, 1000, 10000, 25000, or 50000 Samples / sec for up to 25kHz signal analysis
- Uses a hanning window and a 3 second time constant for the FFT calculation
- Requires Microsoft Excel 2000 or later
- Requires Microsoft Windows 2000 or later
- Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader Ver. 6.0 or later
- Requires at lesat 256MB RAM and 600MHz Pentium processor equivalent or higher
You are purchasing a self extracting executable that will install all of the software required, including: - The Driver Software (NI-DAQ) - The Run-Time software necessary for the application to run (the LabVIEW run-time engine) - The application itself as an executable You can run the application from the start menu or an icon on your desktop |
